RETURN PROCESS
1. Most inexpensive: If you are exchanging an item for a different size or if there is an issue, please text (517-599-8983) or email me ([email protected]). I will have you order the correct size or a replacement, then I will send you the new item with a prepaid return envelope. I will refund your order (item) and shipping cost when the return arrives to the farm. This cuts down on the shipping costs as I use a discounted postal service.
2. Alternately, you may text/email me with the issue, send the return to the farm, and I will send you the replacement item. I am unable to refund your shipping cost this way.
**We use USPS priority mail OR USPS ground advantage. We charge a $6 flat fee for all orders**
